Sometimes clients can give critiques of your work that may be a bit confusing. My clients are fantastic and none of them ever do this (especially if you are reading this post! 😉

Sad, sad Christmas trees
Every year, as Christmas flies by, sad, lonely trees are dumped in the streets and put out with the trash. Thousands of conifer trees line the streets and driveways through the towns and cities across America. It took UK-based artist D*Face to see things a little differently. He came up with a project called ‘Eyebaubles’ where he pasted googly eyes and frowns on them. They look soooo sad as they are no longer wanted anymore.
Make sure you scroll all the way down, because there just happened to be a perfectly good tree on the street by my house so I did my interpretation of it as well. The tree by me was well passed sad, possibly deceased, after all it is almost February. **Special thanks to my mother-in-law for taking the pictures and joyfully joining in with my weirdness.**
P.S. Don’t feel too sad for these trees! It is actually better for the environment if you have your local garbage man pick them up. They often are brought to areas where they provide a lot of help. They are used to build up sand dunes in areas affected by floods or destroyed by superstorm Sandy. They are also dropped into lakes and river shorelines because the Christmas trees being submerged stabilize many fish habitats. And all you have to do is drag them to the curb and put some googley eyes on them and you can do your part.
